This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.93 of 2020 from the file of the third Respondent to the file of fifth Respondent and to file the final report. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is the wife of the deceased. She had given a complaint, based on which the FIR had been registered, but the investigation had not been proceeded further. Therefore, she seeks transfer of the investigation from the file of the third Respondent to any other investigation agency.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondents would submit that the Investigation Officer had laid the final report before the Court of the learned Judicial Magisterial, Vilathikulam. 4.The learned Counsel for the Petitioner is directed to agitate the rights of the Petitioner by filing a protest Petition before the Court of the learned Judicial Magisterial, Vilathikulam for appropriate orders. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam is directed to pass appropriate orders on the protest petition to be filed by the Petitioner in response to the referred charge sheet filed by the third Respondent. 5.With the above direction, this Petition stands disposed of.
