The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that the respondent police are harassing him under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side), who takes notice for the respondent police submits that based on the complaint the 3rd respondent, they have conducted an enquiry and since it is a money dispute, they have closed the complaint.
