Respondent/Defacto Complainant PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar to proceed the case expeditiously in S.T.C.No.705 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar and dispose the case within a time frame fixed by this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District, has not disposed of S.T.C.No. 705 of 2016 till date. He also drew the attention of this Court to the extract of B-Diary and contended that so far no witness has been examined.

2.In the light of the said facts, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, is directed to bestow his present attention and dispose of S.T.C.No.705 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible.

3.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
