The present miscellaneous petitions are filed to condone the delay of 795 days in representing the above review applications.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.P.Senthil, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above miscellaneous petition.

4.Since the reasons are to the satisfaction of this Court, the above petitions are ordered and the delay of 795 days in representing the review applications is hereby condoned.

5.Registry is directed to number the Review Applications, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same for admission on 23.11.2023 at 1.30 p.m.

6.Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.M.P.Senthil, learned counsel for the respondents in the cause list when the review applications are listed for admission before this Court.
