The petitioner with a grievance that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry, has approached this Court. 2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that on the complaint of the third respondent, they have conducted an enquiry and closed the same as it is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent.

3.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The petitioner has to work out his remedy before the appropriate civil Court.
