ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No. 9 of 2020, on the file of the first respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that after completion of investigation in Crime No.9 of 2020, the respondent police has filed final report, dated 10.08.2022, as 'mistake of fact' and that RCS notice was served on the defacto complainant.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
