Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Revision filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records relating to the order dated 11.07.2023 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai in Cr.M.P.No.2202 of 2023 and thereby order the interim custody of the vehicle in favour of the petitioner and set aside the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-(Rupees two lakhs only) in the name of the District Collector, Pudukkottai. O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the petitioner already deposited a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-(Rupees two lakhs only) in the name of the District Collector, Pudukkottai and to that effect, he has also produced a copy of the memorandum issued by the trial Court before this Court. Hence, no further adjudication is necessary in this petition.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public prosecutor and also the memorandum produced before this Court, this Criminal Revision Petition is closed.
