This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner by way of interfering the civil transaction between the petitioner and the third respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, would submit that there was a money dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. Based on the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry has been initiated in CSR No.237 of 2020. While so, the third respondent himself withdrew the complaint stating that the petitioner had promised to repay the amount in dispute. Based on the statement of the third respondent, the respondent police has closed the complaint on 28.08.2020.
