JUDGMENT
[Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The order of the Writ Court dated 03.04.2019 made in W.P.(MD)No.3994 of 2019 is under challenge in this Writ Petition. 2.The respondent St.Mary's Girls High School filed the said Writ Petition, seeking approval of the appointment of one A.Sahaya Rani as B.T. Assistant in the respondent School. The said Writ Petition was allowed. Challenging the same, the State preferred this Writ Appeal. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants would submit that the appointment was not made in consonance with the rules and therefore, the educational authorities have not granted approval. However, the school has issued a certificate dated 19.06.2025, which is produced by the learned Additional Government Pleader before this Court, stating that the teacher is not working in the school as of now and she has not made any claim against the school Management also.
4.In view of the said certificate furnished by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the appellants, no further adjudication is required in this matter, since the school itself is not interested in pursuing the remedy on behalf of the teacher, who left the school already. In view of the above facts, the order of the Writ Court dated 03.04.2019 made in W.P.(MD)No.3994 of 2019 is set aside and accordingly, this Writ Appeal stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
