O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry basing on a complaint given by the 4th respondent.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has borrowed some money from the husband of the respondent No.4 and returned back. However, the respondent No.4 has filed a complaint before the police, basing on which the petitioner is being harassed by the respondent No.3 police asking the petitioner to pay the money again to the respondent No.4. It is further submitted that on account of the harassment of the respondent No.3 police, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 07.07.2023 to the respondent No.1 police and the said representation is not being disposed of. 3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the respondent No.4 has filed a complaint against the petitioner and the same was given as C.No.G3/2315/16332/2023 and during the course of enquiry, both of them appeared before the respondent No.3 police and the representation of the 2/5

petitioner will be disposed of shortly.

4.Considering the circumstances, since the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent No.4 is purely civil in nature in respect of recovery of money, the respondent police are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 07.07.2023 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
