Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus by directing the respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate Police Protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members based upon the representations of the petitioner dated 8.7.2020 For Petitioner : No Appearance For Respondent : Mr.S.Chandrasekar, Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

No representation for the petitioner. The Contemnor is present before this Court.

2.A perusal of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.13207 of 2020 shows that the third respondent was directed to give adequate protection to the petitioner only, if found necessary.
