O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking for a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry in a criminal case.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that two cases have been registered against the petitioner, in which, the petitioner has approached the Court and obtained bail and has executed a bond that she will extend all co-operation during the course of investigation, however, respondent Police have been harassing the petitioner stating that there are other cases pending against her.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the other hand submits that apart from two cases pending against her, number of complaints have been received against the petitioner as she is involved in a job racket.

4. Considering the submissions made by both sides and on perusal of records, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner and in case, if the petitioner's 2/4

presence is required in any case, let the respondent Police issue notice and follow the procedure contemplated under law.
