Mr.A.K.Manikkam Special Government Pleader COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed for a direction to the respondents to refund the deposit amount of the petitioners for a period of eight months from 31.03.2020 to 30.11.2020 owing to the Covie-19 Pandemic, wherein the petitioners were not able to collect the entrance fee due to complete shut down during the relevant point of time.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, it will suffice if a direction is given to the fourth respondent to deal with the 2/5
representations made by the petitioners in line with G.O.(D)No.337, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MA.IV) Department, dated 16.06.2023 and take a final decision within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners are directed to make a fresh representation to the fourth respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.
