ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the Petitioner to enjoy her agricultural land comprised in Survey No.100/5-A, 100/5B, 100/5-D, Old Survey No. 110/5, Virahanur Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District, based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 27.07.2019, 07.08.2019 and 19.08.2019.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12461 of 2019 4.It is seen that in respect of the property purchased by the petitioner, the respondents 3 and 4 filed the suit in O.S.No.457 of 2016 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Madurai, and the same is pending. Therefore, the respondent police closed the complaint. At this stage, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered.

5.With the above observation, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
