ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 116 days in filing the criminal revision before this Court against the impugned dismissal order, dated 06.12.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1407 of 2024 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kodaikanal, Dindigul District.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two (2) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
