This petition has been filed to with draw the case in Crime No. 190 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent and to transfer the same to third respondent i.e., CBCID to any other agency.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the main grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent police has not included the offence under Section 307 of IPC in the final report. Now the respondent police has completed investigation and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur for offences under Sections 294(b),323,506(ii), 326, 448 and 307 of IPC and same is yet to be taken cognizance. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the submission made by the learned AGovernment Advocate(Crl.Side) , the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
