Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

2.The petitioner states that the name of his father-in-law and mother-inlaw should be restored in the revenue record. He has given a representation dated 13.07.2022 and contending that it has not been disposed of, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents produced the original Natham Register which indicates that in respect of S.No.368/22 the names of Sahul Hameed and his wife namely, Rahuma Beevi are shown. The said Sahul Hameed and Rahuma Beevi are said to be the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the writ petitioner. Therefore, no cause of action has arisen. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of.
