Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SELVARAJ.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10954 of 2022 on 27.07.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam, on 26.07.2022. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10954 of 2022 on 27.07.2022 is relaxed and since the final report https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
