2.Notice had been directed and the respondent has also filed a Caveat. Unfortunately the learned counsel for caveator/respondent is not present. However, the learned counsel would be heard before any orders are passed in the miscellaneous petition seeking stay.

3.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated that the order copy had been communicated to the appellant and thereafter the consultations had to be made and necessary administrative sanction had to be obtained and there has been delay in the said process.

4.Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and post it for admission. When the matter is listed for admission, the name of the learned counsel for the caveator/respondent to be printed in the cause list.
