Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner had constructed the petition mentioned godown for the Government. However, the entire bill amount had not been settled. Seeking payment of balance amount, this writ petition has been filed.

3. The second respondent is directed to settle the entire balance bill amount to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
