2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the police have completed the investigation and the charge sheet is also filed, which was taken on file as CC.No.125 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kuzhithalai for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 IPC.

3.Once the charge sheet has already been filed, the purpose, for which this petition is filed, becomes infructuous and accordingly, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, in case if they are so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
