Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order "O.Mu.(A3)/18089/2015, dated 30.04.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal, Arbitrary and unconstitutional being violation of the Rules and Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the respondents to provide appointment to the petitioner on the compassionate grounds on the petitioner's application dated 08.04.2015.
