This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry on the basis of the false complaint given by second respondent

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the second respondent gave complaint against the petitioner and on enquiry the respondent police found that there is no offence made out as against the petitioner.
