CRL OP(MD) No.12121 of 2019 ORDER: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.Vijayaraja, Special Public Prosecutor for Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the prosecution submitted that similar cases have already been referred to the Honourable Division Bench. It is further submitted that the Honourable Division Bench has directed the listing of the cases on 27.08.2019. Therefore, Registry is directed to place the papers before the Honourable Chief Justice for passing appropriate orders for tagging this criminal original petition along with Crl.O.P.Nos.21346, 22222, 24856, 24888 and 26586 of 2016 and Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.1397 and 11726 of 2017.

2.There shall be an order of interim stay.
