The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would contend that in the instant case, CSR No.70/2021 of A.Mukkulam Police Station was registered as FIR in Crime No.15/2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 294(b), 323, 506(1) & 379 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1) (s) & 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015 and after completion of investigation, a final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruchuli, on 20.07.2023.
