Alleging that the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.17184 of 2021, dated 24.09.2021, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Kodaikanal, in Na.Ka.No.2192/2017/A2, dated 17.08.2022, whereby the respondent directed the Tahsildar, Kodaikanal, to pass appropriate orders for issuance of Joint Patta.
