This petition has been filed to extend the time to settke the deposit amount to the remaining depositors in Crl.O.P.(MD) Nos.3410 and 6412 of 2022, 863 and 868 of 2023 on 14.02.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to comply the condition, since the petitioner is unable to mobilise the fund within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3.
