This writ petition is filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 06.08.2021.

2.Even though, the writ of mandamus for such relief, will not lie, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that complaint given by the petitioner was forwarded to the Assistant Superintendent of Police, Tirunelveli District.

3. Since, the complaint has been forwarded to the Assistant Superintendent of Police, Tirunelveli District, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed.
