O R D E R

The present Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to grant patta in respect of the petitioner's house property situated at Survey No.40, Ward No.5, Door No.1/176, Chekkapatti Village, Nilakottai Circle, Dindigul District, to an extent of 3 cents, based on the petitioner's representations dated 11.05.2026 and 26.05.2026.

2. The property belongs to the petitioner's family. The petitioner is claiming possession of the same. The petitioner's siblings have submitted no-objection certificates. Based on the petitioner's long-standing possession, the petitioner is seeking grant of patta. Since the petitioner's representations have not been considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, is directing the first and second respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations dated 11.05.2026 and 26.05.2026, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the rival Page No. 2 of 4

claimants, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
