************* [Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY.,J.] The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned notice, dated 22.09.2021, on the file of the second respondent and to quash the same.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that the second respondent had issued the impugned notice, dated 22.09.2021 alleging that the petitioner had encroached the land in S.No.315/4, whereas, he is in possession of the land in S.No.315/3.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in possession of the land in S.No.315/3 and not in respect of S.No.315/4.

4.Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondents submitted that the second respondent would take action only in respect of the land in S.No.315/4 and not in respect of the land in S.No.315/3.

5.The learned Counsel Appearing for the petitioner submitted that the submission made by the learned Government Advocate may be recorded and the Writ Petition may be closed. 6.Since, the respondents are evicting the encroachers from the land in S.No.315/4, the submission made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded and the Writ Petition is closed.
