This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent Police to initiate action against the respondents 4 to 6 basing on the representation of the petitioner dated 15.07.2023.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that on 14.07.2023, at 03.00 p.m., the petitioner's son, namely, Sairathore, aged about 19 years, was brutally assaulted by the respondents 4 to 6 and that the petitioner's son was admitted in the Government Hospital and the Police concerned have visited the hospital and recorded the statement of the petitioner's son. Even then, no action has been taken, thereby, the petitioner has given a representation on 15.07.2023.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on the other hand, submits that basing on the representation of the petitioner, the Police have registered a case in Crime No.156 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 294(b) and 323 of IPC.
4. Since the FIR has been registered basing on the representation given by the petitioner, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition. This Writ Petition is therefore dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
