2 W.P.(MD)NO.19126 OF 2020

O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

2. The petitioner is the wife of the second respondent. The petitioner wants disciplinary action to be taken against the second respondent.

3. The issue between the petitioner and the second respondent is purely private. If the second respondent had committed any offence, it is always open to the petitioner to prosecute the second respondent. If the second respondent is convicted, certainly it will have a bearing on his career. Considering the overall facts and circumstances, I am of the view that case for issuance of direction has not been made out. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
