Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner has filed the petition mentioned representation before the second respondent for endorsing the petition mentioned document as fraudulent. He seeks expeditious disposal of the same.

4. No exception can be taken to the said request. The second respondent is directed to enquire into the matter and pass final order on the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice before passing final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.
