ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice) The three months period mentioned in the prayer clause got over in August 2024 itself. Therefore, petition has become infructuous. Petition is dismissed. We have not gone into the issue as to whether this petition itself is maintainable.
2. Mr.V.Malaiyendran, learned counsel states that petitioners shall approach respondent with a proposal for one time settlement.
3. Respondent may consider the same keeping in mind its commercial interest. We express no opinion.
