ORDER
The petitioner, a victim in Cr.No. 45 of 2020, has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Cr.No.45 of 2020 within a stipulated time. 1/3
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submits that so far, they have examined 12 witnesses and they require two more weeks to complete the investigation and file the final report.
3. Considering the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to conclude the investigation in Cr.No.45 of 2020 and file the final report within a period of two weeks.
