Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the sub division order issued by second respondent vide proceedings T.K.8A/363/1430 dated 15.04.2021 and patta vide No.8672 for the sub-division of survey No. 214/1A2 in Mullankanavilai Village, Killiyoor Taluk, Kanyakumari District and consequential impugned order of the first respondent vide proceedings No. Mu.Mu. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and 6.

2. The order impugned in the writ petition is revisable. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that such a revision petition will be filed before the sixth respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such a revision petition is filed within the aforesaid period the revisional authority will entertain the same without reference to limitation and dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law 2/4

after notice to all the interested persons within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
