This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and protection for cultural event viz., "Adalpadal" Scheduled to be held on 06.09.2019 at night 07.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m. in connection with "Aavani Festival" in Arulmigu Sri Kamatchiamman Kovil at Kadavakottai Village, Avudaiyarkovil Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) takes notice for the respondent.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission to conduct the "Adalpadal" Scheduled to be held on 06.09.2019 at night 07.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m. in connection with "Aavani Festival" in Arulmigu Sri Kamatchiamman Kovil at Kadavakottai Village, Avudaiyarkovil Taluk, Pudukkottai District, the petitioner made a representation on 20.08.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
