ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been listed today under the caption 'for withdrawal' on the basis of the letter dated 13.12.2021 given by the learned counsel for the petitioner before the Registry. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Petition, as the petitioner wanted to withdraw the petition for his personal reasons. The letter dated 13.12.2021 is taken on record and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the Civil Revision Petition stands rejected at the SR stage itself. No costs.
