ORDER

Prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to 4 to permit the petitioners to perform mining/ quarrying of miner minerals in the property of the second petitioner under Survey Nos.24/2, 24/3 and 24/6 in Oyyavantham Village, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District, in the light of the environmental clearance granted by the first respondent, for the purpose of perform the public Government project of the third respondent under Na.Ka.No.T6/985/2019, dated 08.05.2020 and the public Government project of the fifth respondent under ROC.No.A1/30-1/2020, dated 19.10.2020, by the first petitioner. 2.The petitioner has given a letter, dated 26.10.2021 to the Registry for withdrawal of this writ petition. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.
