ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) The limited prayer in the present writ petition is for extending electricity service connection to the petitioner proprietary concern namely, M/s.Telmir Industries situated at S.F.No.486/2B Puliyursalai Revenue village, Ambalakkalai, Mangadu Post, Kanyakumari District.

2. Pending the writ petition, the required electricity service connection was effected to the industry by erection of a transformer. Thus, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
