ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General assisted by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. The petitioner challenges the impugned tender process on the grounds set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the impugned tender process has been cancelled. It is stated that a fresh notification is to be issued shortly. 2/4

4. In view of the said submission, the writ petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the private respondents herein have indulged in forgery. If that be so, it is open to the petitioner to initiate independent criminal action.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
