There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to comply with the petitioner's request of shifting of electricity service connection from the bore well in R.S.No.445/12 to R.S.No.445/15 as per the electricity service connection in S.C.No. 412/012/112 from the property in R.S.No.445/12 to R.S.No.445/15.
3. It appears that the petitioner has given representations dated 01.07.2019 and 04.07.2019, for shifting the electricity service connection, which have not evoked any response from the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
4. Although no counter affidavit is filed, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that there is inter se dispute between the family members of the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner's representations have not been considered. Page No. 2 of 5

Having considered the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents and having perused the affidavit filed in support of the present Writ Petition, I am of the view that no useful will be served by keeping this Writ Petition on file either for the respondents to file counter affidavit or to implead the relatives of the petitioner as private respondents. Suffice to state that the petitioner's representations dated 01.07.2019 and 04.07.2019 may be disposed of by the respondents. Needless to state, not only the petitioner but also the persons, who are likely to be impacted by the above said order shall be heard. This exercise shall be completed by the respondents within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
