This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the final report in C.C.No.459 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent as well as the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that during pendency of this petition, the trial in C.C.No.459 of 2019 has been completed and the same is ended in acquittal on 03.08.2023.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
