This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking modification of condition No.(i) imposed on the petitioners by the learned Principal District and 1/3

Sessions Court, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur in Crl.M.P.No.3385 of 2023 dated 04.07.2023.

2.The petitioners apprehending arrest at the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 9(B)(1)(a) of I.E Act, obtained anticipatory bail before the trial Court namely Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur. While granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners, considering the nature of offence, the trial Court imposed condition upon the petitioners, wherein, they were directed to make a non refundable deposit of a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the District Mediation Centre, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur.

3.Challenging the above said condition, the petitioners are before this Court. Considering the overt act attributed against the petitioners only, the above said condition was imposed upon them by the trial Court. I find no reason to entertain this petition.
