ORDER

The writ petitioner was working as Assistant Director of Agriculture Department. He was issued a charge memo dated 22.05.2014 and the disciplinary proceedings is still pending.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that out of 19 witnesses, 11 witnesses were examined in full and remaining persons are yet to be examined. The writ petitioner is reaching the age of superannuation on 28.02.2018. This writ petition was filed way back in the year 2016 itself. This writ petitioner is entitled to speedy conclusion of the proceedings initiated against him. The disciplinary proceedings in TDP No.3/2013 should be completed on or before 31.07.2018.
