ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 03.07.2024 and consequently direct the 2nd to direct the 5th respondent to provide the necessary documents as referred in order, dated 04.01.2011 passed by the 2nd respondent and vide letter No.Na.Ka.Aar.Aar1/43807/2011, sent by the 2nd respondent to the 5th respondent for acquiring the petitioners land in S.No.263/3A for the construction of the fishermen houses within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has an alternative remedy under Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority. No costs.
