ORDER

The above writ petition is filed for a mandamus to issue direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 22.07.2024 to issue proper patta in his name or change the name in the already issued Patta No.442 in connection with Survey Nos.78CA/1A and 78CA/2B part to an extent of 0.04.70 Ares in Kulamangalam Village, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District.

2. Mr.P.Thambidurai, learned Government Advocate would represent that the respondents have not updated the online patta and on instructions would submit that the respondents are ready to issue a manual patta to the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is allowed. However, the respondents are directed to issue manual patta to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
