ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to extend the time to execute the sureties as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7563 of 2026 dated 20.04.2026.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended by one week to the petitioner to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7563 of 2026 dated 20.04.2026, from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
