ORDER

The petitioner seeks transfer of M.C.O.P.No.123 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-III Additional District and Sessions Court, Pattukottai, 2.Transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience and on the ground that the petitioner is enable to transfer to Pattukottai, as she is a permanent resident of Madurai. 3.It is seen from the records that the MCOP came to be filed at Pattukottai, since the accident took place at Pattukottai, where the petitioner had gone for temporary visit.

4.Despite service, the first respondent is not appearing either in person or through Counsel duly instructed. 5.Mr.D.Sivaraman, learned Counsel for the second respondent has no serious objection for the transfer. Hence, this Transfer Civil https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
