ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner had submitted the petition mentioned appeal before some other authority. The petitioner shall submit a fresh appeal before the first respondent herein within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the appeal is filed within time as undertaken before me, the appellate authority shall dispose of the appeal on merits and in accordance with law without reference to limitation. Final order on the petitioner's appeal shall be passed within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the first respondent to pass order one way or other.
